The Animals in the eviroment that eat other animals are lowering the population.
 
And the animals that help the enviroment eat the bugs

I dont think this is safe. Even if The suit he was wearing was metal and possibly safe, to much volts could have possibly shocked him. The volts of electricity could have shocked his helmet and possibly tazed him for a short amount of time or long amount of time.
